Jeremy - October 30, 2006 - 2:11 pm
This weekend the Womens hockey team will be taking on Harvard and Dartmouth here in Cheel Arena. The pep-band is scheduled to follow our men to Harvard and Dartmouth so they will not be able to pump the Lady Knights up.
THIS MEANS WE ARE CALLING ON ALL OF YOU BONESAW BRIGADERS!!! The women's team deserves our support just as much as the men, and this is one of their toughest weekends of the year. So please show up to these games to wave the saws.
Friday: CU Vs Harvard @ 7PM
Saturday: CU Vs Dartmouth @ 4PM

Well, as many of those who did attend may have realized, the Bonesaw Brigade had few if any representation last night at the hockey game vs. The US Under 18 Team. And what do you know, but screwing the students out of free tickets and the best damn college fans, the team had no real support and fell to these juveniles.
By the end of the first period the not quite 18-year olds had scored 4 times, and Clarkson just twice. Oh, and the Knights had their freshman goalie, Matt Smith, in the net to give him a chance.
Anyways. Leggio was brought in, and put up a stand, only allowing 2 goals for the rest of the game, but Clarkson just couldn't send another puck around the youthful goalie on the other side.
If any Bonesaws were even there, they were only raised 2 times, and Clarkson loses to the US Under-18 Team, 2-6.
This might be a good time to let everyone know about the rumor for next years parents weekend. As we all now know, the parents weekend game is one you have to pay for, even as a student. So, to screw all of us over, Clarkson University has scheduled next years SLU game on Parents Weekend. Maybe we should start protesting now, to see if we can get anything changed about how the school goes about charging us. If our attempts fail, I say a fundraiser is in order to make sure we can buy out the student section. All in favor of sacrificing a freshman to raise money step forward.

The current status of the shirts is ordered. If you still have not paid, we plan to be at Cheel tomorrow night, but I don't think were going to be able to get a table.
We might try to set up somewhere on the couches in the Kodak Lounge thing if we can. It'll probably just be Jeremy and myself with a laptop, and probably "OFFICAL BONESAW BRIGADE" taped to the laptop. We will be there, you'll just have to look.
Basically at this point in time, if you want a shirt you're going to NEED to get to us as soon as possible. We only have a few days to update the order with more shirts. If everything goes according to plan and stays on schedule, then we will have the shirts on November 10th. That means you can grab your shirts just in time for our match up against Quinnipiac.

Just another quick update concerning preorders.
SPECIAL PRIZE FOR THE 100th PERSON TO PAY FOR THEIR BONESAW SHIRT!!!
We may not be able to take pre-orders on saturday, due to the massive amount of congestion that is expected to be at Cheel for parent's weekend. We're going to see if we can still grab a table, or maybe half a table, but it's not looking too good.
Also, if you cannot make it to cheel during the pre-order times then you can go visit Jeremy to give him the 10 dollars. He is the R.A. on Powers 2, so you can drop by his room and get yourself on the list.
And one more thing, we are also going to be at Cheel tomorrow (Friday) from noon to 1-ish. So you have yet another chance to pre-order. We have currently 147 people signed up for shirts, and only 63 paid. So all you guys who signed up at the game against Lake Superior, we need your money if you're going to be getting a shirt. At the current rate, we can put the order for shirts in as early as tomorrow. We can still take money after that, but your chances of getting a shirt are lower every day you can't drop the 10 dollar deposit.
Thats all for now, I'll post again when I know more about our status on Saturday.
Kyle - October 25, 2006 - 2:33 pm
We ended up being at Cheel from noon to 2:15 today and had a lot of new sign ups for shirts.
But for the people who signed up at the game last weekend, we're still looking for you. The faster we get the money, the faster you get your shirts.
Here is a slightly revised schedule for Cheel:
Thursday: 11:30am - 1pm
Saturday: 6pm - 7:30pm
If needed, we will schedule more times to take pre-orders. But hopefully we will have enough by saturday night to place the t-shirt order monday morning.
Once again, you will need to pay 10 dollars to get your pre-order in. Without a pre-order, we cant gaurantee you a shirt.
Thats all for now, but stay tuned (how many more times can I say stay tuned?) for more t-shirt news in the future. 88 miles per hour.

As you know, we recently took interest sign ups for the new Official Bonesaw Brigade shirts. This was just a preliminary step to the process. We basically just wanted to know how interested you were in these shirts.
The results are in: We have over 100 names on our sign up sheet, and that was our expected outcome. So our predicted price of $10 stands.
Now lets move on to the next step. This is kind of slow moving, I know, but I wanted to make sure everything would go right before we went ahead with this.
We are now taking pre-orders for T-Shirts, which is the only way we can pretty much gaurantee you a shirt. How do you pre-order? Well, Jeremy and myself will be at cheel at the following times to take your pre-orders:
Bonesaw Brigade T-Shirt Pre-Orders at Cheel:
Wednesday: Noon - 1pm
Thursday: Noon - 1pm
Saturday: 6pm - 7pm
Once again, the pre-order cost is 10 dollars which covers everything. All you have to do after that is wait for the shirts to come in.
Stay tuned for more possible pre-order times, and information about pre-ordering if you cant make any of the given times.
